Founder's Story

Eryca Freemantle, the visionary behind R.A.W Africa, has dedicated her life to uplifting women across the continent by sharing stories that inspire resilience and transformation. Her path has been marked by trials that would have silenced many, but Eryca has turned her experiences into powerful messages of hope and empowerment. Surviving sexual, emotional, and financial abuse, bullying, divorce, clinical depression, and even a severe car accident that led to multiple surgeries, Eryca’s journey is a testament to the strength that lies within.

With a career that has reached across London, Ghana, Dubai, and South Africa, Eryca has collaborated with some of the world’s top brands, including Laura Mercier and Unilever. Recognized as a global strategist and industry leader, she uses her platform to advocate for mental health, professional growth, wellness, and mentoring. Her work has graced the pages of Forbes and Bloomberg TV, and her unique insights have redefined industry standards, championing diversity and innovation.
